Mechanical Supervisor | £60,000 - £65,000 | London | M&E | Permanent
We are working with an established M&E contractor that has built an excellent reputation delivering high-quality Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects across Central London. Their work spans commercial offices, healthcare and life sciences, with projects that demand attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to keep programmes moving.
As Mechanical Supervisor, you will be the link between the site teams, subcontractors, and project management, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standards clients have come to expect.

- You will be trusted to take ownership on site
- Coordinate the mechanical installation
- Monitor quality
- Manage subcontractors
- Keep a close eye on programme, productivity, and health & safety

We are looking for someone with a mechanical engineering background who has experience supervising mechanical packages on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects. You'll be comfortable working in live environments, confident communicating with clients and contractors alike, and able to solve problems before they become issues.

The projects are based across Central London, with the office located in Essex, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling between sites and the office as required.
