We’re working with a growing M&E contractor that is expanding its presence across Scotland and looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join its Scotland team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who is looking to take the next step in their career, with the chance to work across a variety of fit-out and building services projects throughout the Central Belt.

The Role Of The Mechanical Supervisor

As Mechanical Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing mechanical installations on live projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Projects will include commercial fit-outs and building services installations, with exposure to a range of mechanical systems including HVAC, ventilation, heating, pipework and associated services.

You’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, project managers and other trades to ensure programmes are maintained and projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities Of Mechanical Supervisor

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
