Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Role

As Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical engineers and ensuring planned and reactive maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Supervising and supporting a team of mechanical engineers.
  • Planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitoring quality of work and maintaining high service standards.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal management.
  • Assisting with fault finding, technical support, and problem-solving when required.
  • Completing reports and ensuring accurate maintenance records are maintained.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Mechanical Supervisor or Lead Engineer position.
  • Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
  • Health & Safety conscious with a proactive approach.
  • Relevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent) are desirable.
