Ripon Paint and Body is an accident and repair centre which is part of the Ripon Farm Services Group. Operating from new purpose-built premises with, Ripon Paint and Body holds several insurance and manufacturing approvals, including Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Nissan, together with the Stellantis and VW Group approvals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Bodyshop within the Automotive Industry. The successful applicant will have previous working experience as a Mechanic, ideally with MOT certification.
You will be required to complete mechanical repairs for manufacturers, insurance companies and the public. Day to day duties will vary but include repairing a variety of vehicles from the company fleet, to carrying out mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs to accident damaged vehicles. Training will be required to ensure compliance with repair approvals, and support will be given.

The ideal candidate would have:
- Ability to carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to high standards.
- Inspecting a vehicle's engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, using computer-based diagnostic equipment.
- Accurately record time to complete jobs and associated details and complete all documentation to the required standard.
- IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle maintenance & repair or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a manufacture repair centre.
