Mechanical Shift Technician
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift: 4 on / 4 off days and nights, 16 days off after every 48 days
Salary: £48,218k
Project Partners are now recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Shift Technician to join an established team in Rugby, Warwickshire. We are looking for strong heavy engineering professionals who are ready for a new long-term opportunity and have the flexibility to work on a shift basis.

Job Role
- Effectively carry out planned maintenance tasks and respond in a timely manner to breakdown repairs whilst meeting safely, health, environmental, and financial targets.
- Support and enforce all the company’s maintenance strategies and policies at the plant.
- Enforce safe operations and maintain environmental compliance to achieve zero accidents and incidents based on UK legislation and company policies to support the goal of continued license to operate and prevent injury.
Experience and Qualifications
- Time served apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent.
- National certificate (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a heavy industrial process engineering environment.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Positive, proactive, can-do attitude.
