Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Northampton | £52,000 | Days Only | Permanent
Synergi are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Northampton.
This is a mechanically biased position working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role will involve planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding and supporting the reliability of production machinery.

The Role
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Mechanical and electrical fault-finding
- Working on motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and bearings
- Supporting production during breakdowns
- Carrying out PPMs and maintenance improvements
- Working within a busy FMCG / manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For
- Mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer
- Multi-skilled engineering experience
- Manufacturing, FMCG, food, or heavy industrial background
- Recognised engineering qualification
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
- Electrical fault-finding ability
