Due to increasing commitments, we now have opportunity for a Mechanic / Fitter who is looking to progress their career and to join our dedicated team based in Penrith, Cumbria.
What We Are Ideally Looking For
- Ideally some experience working in a busy haulage / plant workshop environment
- Knowledge on general maintenance and servicing of plant equipment, HGVs, and or LGVs would be beneficial but training can be given.
- Full driving licence
- Have the ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team
- Good Communication skills
- Flexible to allow varied work patterns to meet the needs of the business.
- Strong commitment towards safe working practices
- Ability to meet deadlines.
