Introduction
Anotech Ltd are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Maintenance Apprentice. You will work alongside fully qualified engineers and gain hands-on experience. You will learn how to identify the root causes of faults, assist with breakdowns and repairs, carry out routine maintenance, and much more.

Our services are in demand where corrosion protection is the most critical – from wind energy locations, marine and rail, to highways, oil and gas. We help customers address their increasingly complex challenges with cost-effective, durable solutions which meet the most stringent quality and environmental standards.
To achieve this we utilise manual, automatic and robotic techniques to produce high-quality spray coatings, together with anodising and aluminium passivation, thermal diffusion and electromagnetic compatibility coatings (EMC).
We supply small and large batch sizes, from large defence projects and engine blocks to M3 aerospace fasteners and brake calipers.
What You'll Do
During this time you will learn:
- To ensure equipment availability is in line with department targets
- To engage in root cause analysis of repeat / major breakdowns and provide reports with suggested improvements
- To ensure Health, safety and environmental procedures are followed during electrical activities
- Attend training when required and adhere to Anochrome Group standards
- To facilitate the PPM (planned preventative maintenance) schedules and recommend improvements
- To apply 5s methodology in work areas and the wider factory
