🚀 Area Sales Manager - ENT, Otology & Plastics

South London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent

💰 Up to £62K Basic + £25K Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

💼 What You'll Do

  • Field based role daily - 50% theatre
  • Develop existing NHS accounts while identifying new opportunities
  • Sell a varied portfolio across ENT, otology and reconstructive plastics
  • Build relationships with maxillofacial surgeons & consultants
  • Work closely with theatre teams, procurement, nurses and speech & language therapists
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across multiple hospital departments
  • Deliver clinical education, product demonstrations and technical support
  • Network effectively across NHS trusts to maximise the company's presence
  • Take ownership of the full territory sales cycle in an autonomous field-based role

👊 Who You Are

  • 3+ years' territory management experience within medical devices or technical healthcare sales
  • Proven experience selling technical products or devices into hospitals
  • Clinically driven with an aptitude for understanding technical and clinical information
  • Alternatively, an experienced clinician with commercial/sales experience may be considered
  • Strong CV stability with evidence of longevity in previous roles
  • Full driving licence

💰 The Package

  • Up to £62K basic salary, dependent on experience
  • £25K uncapped commission
  • Car allowance
