About Pretzl

Transforming B2B Marketing, One Buyer Journey at a Time

Pretzl is redefining what a B2B marketing agency can be. As a B2B Technology-and-People-as-a- Service (TaPaaS) agency with approx. 350 people globally, we're not just advising clients - we're building the technology that transforms how businesses connect with their buyers.

As part of our expansion, our media team in the US is growing fast and we need super stars to help us grow and deliver great media plans, and best-in-class service for our clients.

Role

The Media Account Executive is an entry-level role for someone looking to build strong foundations in paid media and B2B marketing.

Working as part of the media account team, you will support the planning, activation, management and reporting of multi-channel media campaigns. You’ll learn how different media channels work together, develop confidence working with campaign data and platforms, and help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and on budget.

You will work closely with colleagues across media, analytics, activation and client teams, as well as external media partners. As your experience grows, you’ll take increasing ownership of campaign tasks, contribute recommendations and build confidence communicating directly with clients.

Skills

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with an interest in using data to understand performance.
  • Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with different teams and disciplines.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions, learn quickly and build your media knowledge.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to solving problems and overcoming blockers.
  • An interest in paid media, advertising and the wider B2B marketing landscape.
  • Confidence working with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability and the ability to remain organized when priorities change.
  • A positive, dependable approach and willingness to take ownership of your work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
