Role overview
We are looking for Account Executives to work as part of our media team across a variety of disciplines. As an Account Executive, you are responsible for supporting account teams with the delivery of single or multiple service client programmes, across a range of accounts. Working across a variety of channels including trade media, paid search and paid social, you will work as part of global account teams for a number of clients in leading-edge technology sectors. You will gain and demonstrate a basic understanding of each client's technology as well as how it contributes to the wider industry.
As an Account Executive at Pretzl, you will:
- Be responsible for reviewing material to ensure client ads are approved, free of errors, and meet publisher specifications before set-up and delivery via in-house software or social platforms
- Be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Paid Social channels and PPC campaigns with the Delivery team
- Work with other account executives to monitor ads, raise and resolve any issues immediately and make recommendations for the optimisation of results
- Be responsible for the collation and delivery of your defined tasks, within the reporting process for your clients by collecting monthly stats and screenshots
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
- Research appropriate paid channels, trade publishers and paid social target audiences based on your knowledge of the industry and the audience
- Build relationships with key contacts at publishers to facilitate the negotiation of optimum rates for media insertions on behalf of clients
- Consistently demonstrate a positive mindset, proactivity and willingness to learn
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of who the client is, their needs and objectives
- Contribute to client meetings by taking meeting notes and identifying the follow-up actions for the team
- Understand your role as part of a wider client team and be always looking to go the extra mile without compromising quality
- You take responsibility for your own workload and confidently manage delivery timescales and changes for your defined tasks
- AI is central to the future of our business. You'll be expected to embrace and continually develop your use of AI tools to streamline day-to-day tasks, improve the quality of your work and identify new opportunities to deliver greater value for our clients.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong English written skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite of products
- Have a basic understanding of media buying strategies and tactics and the key advertising metrics
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to communicate professionally with a wide variety of partners
- Ability to work as an individual and multi-task in a team environment
- 3-6 months previous work experience
- A curiosity for emerging technologies and a willingness to embrace AI tools as part of your everyday workflow, using them responsibly to improve efficiency, accuracy and innovation.
