We’re the world’s largest independent global B2B marketing agency, where curious minds create the future. If you’re someone who’s thought-provoking, ego-quashing, mistake-learning, all-including, convention-breaking, and always-growing with a passion for what you do, you’ll fit right in.
We’re one agency spread across eight global offices, and we let our work do the talking. Our recent accolades include Global B2B Agency of the Year at the B2B Marketing Awards, Agency of the Year at the Elevation Awards, and wins at The Drum Awards, B2 ANA Awards, and Marketing Excellence Awards, Singapore. We are looking for a proactive, commercially aware Media Account Manager to join the team, working across a portfolio of B2B technology brands. You will take ownership of small and medium-sized client accounts, lead on campaign planning and delivery, and be a collaborative, energetic contributor to the wider team.
This role suits someone ready to step up, lead client relationships with growing independence and build their expertise across a broad range of B2B media channels – including AI-assisted workflows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
