Our client is a leading agency with an impressive portfolio of high-profile clients and a brilliant reputation across the industry.

They’re looking for a Biddable Media Account Manager to join their growing team, working across a massive account and playing a key role in shaping performance-led media strategies.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Taking the lead on biddable strategy for a key client, working closely with the planning team to bring it all together.
  • Getting stuck into the data, spotting what’s working (and what isn’t!) and turning those insights into clear recommendations.
  • Becoming a go-to person for clients when it comes to biddable, confidently talking them through performance, strategy and new opportunities.
  • Supporting and developing a junior team member, helping them build their skills and progress.
  • Keeping an eye out for new ideas, opportunities and ways to make campaigns even better for clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
