Media Account Manager

London – Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office

We’re working with a leading independent global B2B marketing agency looking for a Media Account Manager to join its growing team.

You’ll work across a portfolio of B2B technology clients, taking ownership of small and medium-sized accounts and managing campaigns from initial brief through to delivery and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take more ownership of client relationships while developing their experience across a broad mix of media channels.

The role:

  • Plan and buy media across content syndication, display, programmatic, paid social and paid search
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including planning, buying, launch, optimisation and wrap-up
  • Take ownership of client accounts with annual budgets of up to £500k
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Manage campaign budgets, media finances and reconciliation
  • Use AI tools to support reporting, audience research, briefing documents and performance analysis
  • Work closely with internal specialists and external media partners
  • Support and mentor junior members of the team
  • Maintain accurate campaign and project information across internal systems

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
