About ISBA
ISBA is the body representing brand owners advertising in the UK. It provides a single voice for advertisers, supports members through knowledge, network and advocacy, and plays a key role in shaping the development of the advertising industry, and upholding advertisers’ interests.
ISBA’s mission is to help members navigate, shape and succeed in a complex and fast-changing environment, with the strategic priorities of enabling trust & effectiveness, ensuring transparency and aiding future capability.
About the role
We’re looking for a proactive, organised early-career professional to join ISBA’s Media & Advertising Relations team. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience across media, advertising effectiveness and member-facing work, supporting senior colleagues and helping deliver practical outputs that add real value to UK advertisers.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting research, data collation and analysis to inform member guidance and industry work
- Maintaining trackers, reporting and materials to keep projects running smoothly
- Helping produce presentations, guides and thought leadership content
- Supporting meetings, working groups and events – from planning through to follow-up
- Working across teams to provide flexible support where it adds most value

What you’ll bring
- Around 1 year’s experience in media, marketing or advertising (agency, brand or similar)
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence working with data, spreadsheets and reporting
- Clear written communication and a collaborative approach
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly

Benefits
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 remote)
- Holiday - 22 days plus 5 days office closure at Christmas. Ratchets up to 23 days after 3 years' service, 24 days after 5 years' service and 25 days after 10 years' service. Plus one day for birthday to be taken two weeks either side of birthday.
- Pension - employer and employee pay minimum percentage as set out in current legislation (currently 3% for employer and 5% for employee). After one year, Company contributes 10%. Employees can make individual contributions collected through salary sacrifice.
- Private Healthcare (BUPA) from after one year for the individual (excludes partners and dependents).
- Christmas bonus
- Health and wellbeing allowance - £53 a month (in lieu of gym membership which we stopped during Covid).
- Cycle to work scheme - through salary sacrifice for a bike with value up to £2,500.
- Salary Extras portal - access to savings at supermarkets, cinemas etc.
- Working from home allowance - tax free allowance in line with government limit of £26 a month.
