About the Role
Domestic & General is growing fast across 12 countries, protecting the appliances that keep households running and cutting waste by extending product life. Recognised by Great Place to Work and the Inclusive Employers Standard, we’re building a modern, inclusive culture—and we’re looking for a Media & Brand Performance Lead to join our Brand & Communications team in this key position.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of how Brand & Communications performance is measured, governed and optimised across our global owned media channels.
You'll lead the development of a clear and consistent measurement framework, build and maintain brand equity dashboards, and establish performance standards that help drive impact, accountability and continuous improvement across the function. As a senior individual contributor, you'll combine strategic analytical thinking with hands-on social media governance, turning data into actionable insights that shape decision-making and strengthen brand performance. You'll play a key role in ensuring our owned media activity is effective, measurable and aligned to both brand and business objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, insight and influence to help elevate the impact of a global Brand & Communications function.
Key Responsibilities
The position’s remit covers the below areas and deliverables:
Performance Framework
- Develop and manage a global Brand & Communications KPI framework.
- Define performance measures aligned to brand and campaign objectives.
- Establish reporting governance and cadence across markets.
- Maintain brand and communications dashboards.
- Consolidate and analyse performance data across channels and campaigns.
- Deliver quarterly performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Owned Media Governance (Social Channels)
- Own global governance of corporate social media channels.
- Act as the approval authority for owned social publishing.
- Define channel standards, publishing guidelines and content cadence.
- Ensure consistent tagging, taxonomy and reporting practices.
- Support regional teams in adopting and maintaining governance standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
