We are looking for a proactive and driven Media and Edit Assistant who thrives in fast-paced production environments and is ready for their next challenge.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the ingestion, organisation, archiving, and distribution of media across multiple productions.
- Creating, quality checking, and delivering content and assets to clients.
- Preparing projects for edit, supporting editors throughout the post-production process, and ensuring media workflows run smoothly.
- Providing on-location editing support and DIT services for shoots in the UK and overseas as required.
- Playing an active role in studio and virtual productions, supporting recordings both on set and within the gallery environment.
- Managing, maintaining, and coordinating production equipment, including cameras, lenses, microphones, hard drives, laptops, and other technical kit.
- Supporting the wider production team with media management best practices and efficient file management processes.
Who You Are
- Experienced Adobe Creative Cloud use (Premiere, Media Encoder).
- Passionate about sport and entertainment.
- Confident in a Mac-based edit suite.
- Understanding of different technical video production requirements (frame rates, codecs, audio configurations).
- Ability to operate in time-pressured, high-profile talent-facing environments.
- Adept at prioritising, scheduling, and multi-tasking project workloads.
- Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to get stuck in and have fun in the process.

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Sony’s ILCE camera range (FX6/FX3/A7).
- Experience with mounted cameras for mobile productions.
- Knowledge of wider Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as After Effects and Photoshop.
- Understanding of production and broadcast equipment connectivity (BNC, SDI).
- Familiarity with podcast equipment (Blackmagic ATEM, Shure’s microphone range).
