Job Title
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Media Buyer based in United Kingdom.
About the Role
As a Media Buyer, you’ll take ownership of paid lead-generation campaigns across highly competitive financial and regulated markets.
- You’ll manage the full acquisition funnel, connecting advertising platforms with tracking, landing pages, CRM systems, and downstream conversion signals.
- The role goes far beyond campaign execution, with a strong focus on lead quality, qualified conversions, deposits, and sustainable acquisition economics.
- You’ll work across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and native advertising channels while continuously testing audiences, creatives, funnels, and offers.
- You’ll use sophisticated tracking and attribution setups to understand what happens after the initial lead and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Operating in high-scrutiny verticals, you’ll also be responsible for maintaining healthy ad accounts and navigating platform compliance requirements.
- This is an opportunity for a highly autonomous performance marketer to directly influence growth across Gulf and European financial markets.
Accountabilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid lead-generation campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and native advertising platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain.
- Own the full acquisition infrastructure, connecting ad accounts, trackers, cloaking systems, landing pages, CRM platforms, and downstream conversion signals.
- Configure and manage tracking platforms such as Keitaro, including landers, campaign routing, macros, filters, and traffic distribution.
- Maintain reliable tracker-to-CRM-to-pixel/CAPI attribution flows, including postbacks, lead statuses, server-side events, and conversion signals.
- Optimize campaigns toward qualified leads and deposits rather than focusing solely on cost per lead.
- Use Conversion API events, conversion-lead optimization, value-based audiences, and other advanced performance techniques to improve downstream outcomes.
- Own decisions around instant forms versus landing pages, funnel structures, audience strategies, and conversion journeys.
- Design and execute A/B tests across creative concepts, messaging, landing pages, forms, and campaign structures.
- Collaborate on localized Arabic landing pages and advertising creatives, including static and short-form video content.
- Monitor advertising account health, compliance, advertiser and business verification requirements, and platform certifications in regulated markets.
- Analyze campaign performance daily and proactively reallocate budgets based on CPL, cost per qualified lead, cost per deposit, lead-to-qualified rate, ROAS, and payback.
- Continuously diagnose performance issues using data and implement improvements without requiring extensive supervision.
- Maintain a strong focus on qualified, depositing customers rather than vanity metrics or low-quality lead volume.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
