We’re looking for a Meta Ads Media Buyer who’s obsessed with data, creativity, and achieving big results.
You’ll be working directly with 8-figure brands, managing paid campaigns on Meta, and collaborating with top-tier creative strategists. You’ll lead strategy and play a key role in shaping the brand’s growth.

Minimum Requirements:
- You have managed at least 6-figures in Monthly ad spend on Meta for direct to consumer e-commerce businesses.
- Experience with Meta ads for at least 1 year.
- Experience with Meta ads tracking, pixel, Google Analytics, Triple Whale.
- Experience with spy tools such as Trendtrack, Brandsearch, Adspy.
- Understanding unit economics, LTV, CAC payback models for e-commerce businesses.
- Data-driven — you live in numbers, run A/B tests, and make decisions based on evidence.
- You use AI properly to accelerate data analysis, research, optimisation (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Atria, etc.).
- Strategically sharp — you can break down a brand and build a plan that actually scales.
- A clear communicator — with clients and teammates alike.
- Results-obsessed — you think in ROI, CAC, and business impact, not just vanity metrics.
- A natural collaborator who also knows how to lead.

Who We’re Looking For
These are the types of backgrounds we typically hire from—but if you have experience and can prove your results, we’d love to hear from you:
- Performance marketers with hands-on Meta ads experience.
- Freelancers or founders who've scaled brands with paid ads.
- Growth marketers from DTC startups.
- STEM graduates (Engineering, Maths, Computer Science, Data Science).
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Management: Launch and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other platform ads that deliver real business results.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse the ad account daily. ROAS, CAC, Hook rate, thumbnail-stop ratio, CPP, CPM, CTR and optimise the media spend.
- Lead & Collaborate: Work with the creative strategist and media buying teams to turn strategy into results.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Sync with creative strategists, editors, and copywriters to bring high-performing ideas to life.
