The Role

We're looking for a Media Channel Executive to join our Go-to-Market team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for media, marketing and retail who enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders.

You'll support the planning and delivery of media initiatives across our in-store and connected media channels, helping to bring campaigns to life, develop compelling sales materials, and use insights to identify growth opportunities. Working closely with commercial, campaign, production and proposition teams, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of media and commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on track and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Create engaging go-to-market and sales materials that showcase channel opportunities.
  • Support sales teams with channel knowledge, training and day-to-day queries.
  • Analyse customer, category and campaign data to identify insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications, meetings and project governance activities.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers and key documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

About You

Essential

  • Experience within media, marketing, retail or commercial environments.
  • Understanding of media channels such as POS, digital screens and out-of-home advertising.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into compelling stories.

Desirable

  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using insights and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Experience planning media campaigns, particularly across in-store channels.
  • Experience improving processes and driving efficiencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in any subject.
