  • Constantly think of new ideas, both campaigns and new media assets to further drive our retail media portfolio
  • Develop relationships beyond shopper marketing teams with brands to access incremental budgets including attending brand days and showcasing our retail media portfolio
  • Fully understand our joint business plans with suppliers and play your part in negotiating the retail media spend within it as well as generating incremental media spend
  • Ensure all our retail media campaigns are loaded correctly into the appropriate systems both from a contract point of view and to ensure our operations team can execute the plans in store
  • Be the go-to contact for our brand partners for anything that influences our retail media plans
  • Opportunity to manage the Media Sales Exec and supporting their personal development through coaching and knowledge sharing
  • Play a part in creating a collaborative culture across the team where everyone feels valued and heard

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
