The Media & Communications Manager
The Media & Communications Manager will lead the execution of end-to-end strategic media planning and partnerships for UK, Ireland and Nordics. This includes budget ownership and campaign management, leading project teams and external partner agencies. The candidate will also be responsible for partnering with the Europe and Global media teams, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and digital initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Lead and execute media planning for UKI & Nordics:
- End-to-end campaign management across briefing, activation, optimization, and reporting.
- Translate business objectives and priorities into inspiring strategic briefs that guide the agency’s direction.
- Highly skilled data analysis. Able to understand the key ‘story’ that emerges from each media campaign, with an ability to distill key findings into actionable outcomes and next steps, paving the way for continuous improvement in our campaigns.
- Strict ownership and reporting of Media budget, timely management invoices, and financial requests.
- Work with media agency on a daily basis to ensure timely delivery of projects and reporting.
- Oversee wider brand equity measurement and audience segmentation.

Best in class industry knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of core platforms, channels, and publishers best practices to drive key media initiatives.
- Leverage external relationships and secure first-to-market opportunities for the brand that have significant business impact.
- Understanding of UHNW customer behavior in UKI & Nordics to deliver recommendations.
- Knowledge of media landscape to recommend opportunity areas for competitive advantage.
- Strong grasp of emerging digital media including AI, identifying opportunities to support Brand presence and elevation.
- Keen interest in fine and high jewellery sector.
Build and manage brand partnerships:
- Build key media and content partnerships to deliver significant commercial impact.
- Efficient project direction including: pitching to stakeholders, overseeing paid shoots, and managing event logistics.
- Steer creator content strategy and production in-line with Brand strategy and guidelines.
- Partnership benchmarking, budget management, and reporting.

- Ownership and reporting of multi-million dollar Media and Marketing budget.
- Build and foster a highly collaborative working relationship across multi-functional local and regional teams, including: Brand, Performance, eCommerce, PR, Retail, Finance.
- Work hand in hand with Regional and Global teams on reporting, to share knowledge and launch new initiatives.
- Collaborate with PR Manager on strategic approaches and 360 campaigns.
- Foster agency network and external partner relationships to progress brand initiatives.
- Manage a Marketing Intern, fostering professional development.
Your Profile
- 8+ years media experience.
- Experience in managing large, complex media budgets with strict financial stewardship and oversight.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, extremely organized, and ability to prioritize independently.
- Strong skillset in Excel/data analytics.
- Flawless attention to detail, be a team player, multi-tasker, and excellent communicator.
- Strong knowledge of competitor landscape and latest media innovations.
- Fluent in English.
