Job Title: Media & Content Managers (Volunteer)

About the Role:
Baguley Athletic FC is expanding its media operations across all teams. We are recruiting driven individuals to fill three key digital leadership roles within our volunteer media team. You can apply for a specific focus area or a combined role depending on your skillset:
- Matchday Media Manager: Oversee live fixture coverage, recruit and direct matchday volunteer creators, and ensure seamless delivery of post-match content.
- Social Media Manager: Build and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars, ensure consistent publishing across platforms, and develop fresh engagement concepts.
- Short-Form Content Manager: Direct video capture on matchdays and training, manage consistent posting to TikTok and Reels, and leverage trending audio/formats to drive growth.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- A passion for sports media, storytelling, and community engagement.
- Self-motivated with the ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to life.
