We are looking for a Media Director
You'll be the day-to-day strategic lead for one of our largest and most important global CPG clients. You'll be responsible for building trusted client relationships while leading a high-performing team of Account Managers to ensure best-in-class campaign execution, optimisation, reporting, and measurable business impact.
The scope for this role spans the EU6 and Japan, with exciting expansion plans into MENAT and Australia. As this is a global account, you'll work closely with our US and LATAM team to share cross-market learnings, align on best practices, and deliver a consistent standard of excellence across retail media in all regions. The role is currently focused on managing Amazon Ads, however expanding into strategic services including consulting, TikTok Shop and Creative. You'll also collaborate with our global teams to drive reporting and insight generation, turning complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that help shape client decisions and unlock growth opportunities. We utilise third party tools including Similar Web, Cobalt, Jungle Scout etc. whilst also leveraging our powerful proprietary tech Purvey to drive deeper and holistic reporting.
We're proud of our collaborative, supportive culture and strong team dynamic. We embrace flexible working, with a hybrid approach that combines remote work with our Shoreditch office, which includes gym access. While you're welcome to work from wherever you're most productive, we recommend spending Tuesday to Thursday in the office to maximise collaboration and team connection.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
