At All Response Media (ARM), we're looking for a Media Executive to join our growing Offline Media team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in media planning and buying across TV, Radio, Print, and Outdoor advertising.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with our Senior Media Execs and Account Managers, you'll:
📊 Data & Campaign Analysis
- Analyse campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Use data and insight to make recommendations and optimize campaign performance
- Analyse client, campaign, and media owner outputs
- Provide campaign updates and performance insights to clients
📺 Media Planning & Buying
- Support the planning and buying of TV campaigns
- Help deliver Radio, Print, and Outdoor advertising campaigns
- Monitor future TV programming and campaign delivery
- Assist with negotiating media placements and securing value for clients
- Negotiate with TV sales houses to help deliver successful campaigns
📅 Campaign Management
- Create, maintain, and update media schedules and campaign trackers
- Manage spot matching and schedules
- Check insertions against media schedules and update where required
- Support monthly TV reconciliations and campaign reporting
- Manage vouchering, COIs, and delivery instructions
🤝 Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with media owners and sales houses
- Liaise with clients and provide campaign updates
- Maintain regular contact with media owners and industry partners

💻 Systems & Administration
- Use industry systems including DDS, Ad Dynamix, Echo, and RAPS
- Support planning administration and campaign set-up
- Investigate invoice queries and raise issues to your line manager
- Manage campaign administration accurately and efficiently
🧠 What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers and wants to build a career where analytical thinking and commercial decision-making are part of everyday life.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Confident using data, spreadsheets, and calculations
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, tools, and media platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solver with the ability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident building relationships with clients, media owners, and internal teams
- Comfortable presenting findings, recommendations, and campaign updates
- Commercially minded with an interest in how advertising drives business performance
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player who can also work independently
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership
- Quick learner who enjoys a challenge and is keen to develop new skills
- Interest in media, advertising, and consumer behavior
