Start Your Career in Media, Marketing & Advertising

Ready to take your first step into one of the most exciting and fast-moving industries? Omnicom Media Group is hiring Entry Level Executives across a range of teams, with opportunities in:

  • Planning & Client Leadership – supporting media strategy, campaign planning, client relationships and account management
  • Digital – opportunities across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Biddable other digital media channels
  • Audio & Visual (AV) – working across TV, video, audio, cinema and streaming

About the Opportunities

You’ll join a team working with some of the world’s biggest brands, helping them connect with audiences through innovative media strategies and campaigns.

Depending on the role, you could be:

  • Supporting campaigns across TV, digital, social, audio and more
  • Researching audiences and analysing campaign performance
  • Helping plan and activate digital advertising campaigns
  • Creating reports, presentations and insights
  • Working with clients, media owners and specialist teams
  • Developing your understanding of how the media industry works

No previous media experience is required. What matters most is your curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have an interest in media, marketing or advertising
  • Are strong communicators and well organised
  • Are proactive and eager to learn
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Are comfortable working with numbers and basic maths

The Assessment Day

If you progress through the initial application stage, you’ll be invited to our in-person Assessment Day Afternoon at our London office.

Late September / early October 2026 Monday afternoon — exact date TBC

The date will be confirmed with candidates once they progress to the next stage.

Salary & Benefits

£27,000 per annum + benefits
