Media Intelligence & Digital Specialist

The Media Intelligence & Digital Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Company’s marketing intelligence, digital analytics and emerging technology capabilities. The role will monitor media and competitor activity, analyse campaign and consumer data, support online reputation monitoring and identify opportunities to use AI, automation and digital technologies to improve marketing effectiveness. The position will also support the development and optimisation of the Company’s wider digital ecosystem, including digital platforms, applications and CRM-related activities.

The successful candidate will be an analytical and digitally curious individual who combines strong data capability with an interest in marketing, consumer behaviour and emerging technology. They will be comfortable working with large amounts of information, identifying meaningful patterns and translating analysis into practical recommendations. The role requires someone who is proactive in exploring new technologies and can identify practical applications of AI, automation and digital tools rather than simply reporting data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
