Who You Will Be Working With
As our Media Manager, you’ll join a talented and collaborative team dedicated to crafting innovative and impactful media strategies for our clients. Our department thrives on creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for delivering meaningful results. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams, media professionals, analytics partners, and third-party publishers, building relationships and driving campaigns that make a difference.

In your role, you’ll guide strategic media initiatives, foster collaboration across teams, and help drive impactful business outcomes for clients through thoughtful planning, innovation, and leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- The Media Manager is responsible for overseeing digital media strategy and campaign execution, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and delivering high-impact marketing efforts.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive media strategies that drive meaningful audience engagement and business impact.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns, from planning and execution to optimization and performance analysis.
- Mentor a team of digital media professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth.
- Drive audience segmentation and targeting strategies, ensuring campaigns reach the right people at the right time.
- Oversee media buying strategies, optimizing placements to maximize reach, efficiency, and return on investment.
- Foster collaboration between marketing, content, and analytics teams, ensuring media efforts align with broader business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously refining strategies to keep campaigns competitive and effective.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring seamless execution and strong partnerships.
- Evaluate campaign performance, providing executive-level insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance digital advertising effectiveness and innovation.
- Manage and integrate multi-channel media strategies, adapting to shifting customer behaviors across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Lead complex assignments independently, delivering impactful results for the department.
- Recommend and implement process improvements using subject matter expertise.
- Serve as a go-to resource for peers, ensuring understanding of policies and best practices.
- Facilitate internal and external communication to align stakeholders and drive outcomes.
- Act as a senior strategic advisor, guiding media strategy and building client trust through insights and long-term recommendations.
- Oversee pacing and performance to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and financial targets, proactively addressing risks.
- Ensure data integrity and insight application across teams by partnering with Analytics on accurate and actionable Alli dashboards.
- Translate tactical execution into strategic insights that inform media plans and business decisions.
- Lead platform and partner innovation by evaluating solutions based on performance, business goals, and scalability.
- Oversee creative and reporting workflows with Ad Ops, ensuring accurate messaging and measurement.
- Deliver compelling reports tailored to varied audiences, connecting performance to strategy with clear recommendations.
- Champion the use of PMG’s Alli platform to build custom tools, automate workflows, and generate advanced performance insights.
- Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making in their role.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in digital media strategy, campaign management, media buying, or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated media strategies across digital channels.
- Experience managing campaigns from planning through optimization, with a strong understanding of performance analysis and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, creative, and operations teams to deliver cohesive media solutions.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and media optimization techniques.
- Experience managing external publisher and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and strategic partnership development.
- Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating campaign performance into actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with media platforms, reporting tools, and analytics technologies used to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to independently lead complex assignments while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation within the evolving media landscape.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and technology to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support smarter decision-making.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a collaborative and people-focused approach to team development.
