Role Description

The Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kensington, responsible for overseeing media planning, execution, and performance across multiple channels. This role involves:

  • Developing media strategies
  • Coordinating campaigns
  • Managing budgets
  • Working with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and effective media presence

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Analyzing audience data
  • Optimizing media schedules
  • Preparing performance reports
  • Maintaining strong relationships with media vendors and stakeholders

The Media Manager will also collaborate with production, marketing, and public relations teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency. The role requires proactive coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to develop and implement Media Planning and Media Strategy to support business and campaign objectives.
  • Strong Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  • Experience working with New Media platforms, including digital and social channels.
  • Knowledge of Public Relations practices to align media activities with broader reputation and brand goals.
  • Proficiency in media analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience in media management or related roles within the media, advertising, or production industry.
  • Organizational and project management skills, including managing budgets, timelines, and multiple campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
