EMEA Media & Marketing Operations Student Placement

A global consumer products organisation is seeking a Marketing student to join its EMEA Media & Marketing Operations team. The placement provides hands-on experience across influencer marketing, content development, campaign analytics and marketing operations, working with cross-functional teams across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, reach and engagement.
- Assist with the development of CGI and digital content assets to support product launches and e-commerce growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyse and report on the performance of media and marketing campaigns.
- Use data and campaign insights to support future marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Monitor emerging trends and best practices across media, social and digital marketing.
- Share relevant market and consumer insights with the wider marketing team.
- Support broader media and marketing operations projects as required.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related degree programme.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear and engaging marketing content.
- Comfortable working with numbers, analytics, dashboards and Excel.
- Familiarity with influencers and social media platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with social media platforms or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads or similar platforms is desirable.
