Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Media and Marketing Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires you to attend client meetings and events around the Tunbridge Wells area on a regular basis, so it's important you live nearby. Please only apply if you are able to work in Tunbridge Wells at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies and activities to drive advertising and marketing sales revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales efforts
- Collaborate with the wider team to create compelling advertising and marketing solutions
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales in advertising/media and marketing solutions
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of sales and marketing activities, options, and challenges within SME companies
- Familiarity with current digital marketing tools is advantageous
