Media Planner
About Rad Studio
Rad Studio is the creative and production arm of Rad Media, building culturally intelligent ideas for the world’s most relevant brands. We sit at the intersection of fashion, youth culture, media and community, developing creative campaigns, content ecosystems and brand worlds that move at the speed of culture.
We don’t chase trends. We help shape them.
The Role
We’re looking for a Media Planner to develop and implement media solutions for the brands we partner with across our owned platforms.
This role is for someone who understands fashion, youth culture and the internet, and knows how to translate client briefs into effective media strategies and activations.
Core Tasks and Duties
- Develop and implement data-driven media strategies and campaigns for both CULTED, CULTED XO and partner brands, ensuring alignment with business and audience objectives.
- Establish and refine benchmarks, forecasting models, and performance methodologies across platforms to ensure measurable, consistent results.
- Lead ongoing performance analysis to generate actionable insights—translating data into content, distribution, and strategy improvements across social, editorial, and partnerships teams.
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly reports that evaluate key campaign metrics, showing progress against KPIs and driving forward performance-enhancing decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of paid and organic media campaigns, closely monitoring and optimising performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Editorial, Partnerships, and Creative) to connect audience performance insights to content output and campaign direction.
- Identify and plan for key moments, emerging audience opportunities, and new platforms, helping CULTED and CULTEDXO expand reach and evolve its content mix.
- Utilise audience data to track and balance CULTED and CULTEDXO audiences, ensuring each channel maintains its positioning and tone.
- Drive paid media efficiency by adopting a performance-led approach to boosting content— analysing results before, during, and after investment to improve cost effectiveness.
- Example outcome: Meta and TikTok CPMs reduced, achieving stronger reach with lower spend.
- Develop strategies to improve.COM traffic quality, display performance, and content discoverability through coordinated work with editorial and ad ops teams.
- Deliver comprehensive post-campaign reports highlighting key learnings, optimisations, and performance insights for both internal stakeholders and partner clients.
- Actively monitor and identify new media trends, audience behaviours, and emerging best practices to inform CULTED and CULTEDXO’s strategic evolution.
- Work with internal teams to develop new media products and integrated offerings that strengthen CULTED and CULTEDXO’s commercial portfolio.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and transparent performance tracking.
- Present media results, insights, and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior leadership and clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
