What you will do

  • Put together strategic media plans across a range of channels, audiences, and campaign objectives.
  • Turn client and campaign briefs into clear, actionable media recommendations.
  • Develop media strategies that identify the best channels, audiences, and opportunities to deliver against campaign goals.
  • Build plans that are backed by audience data, insight, and research rather than simply relying on previous approaches.
  • Use data to understand audience behavior and help determine where media investment will have the greatest impact.
  • Plan integrated campaigns across multiple media channels, considering how different platforms work together.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop joined-up campaign solutions.
  • Use media planning and audience insight tools to support recommendations and demonstrate the thinking behind each plan.
  • Review campaign performance and use learnings to strengthen future planning and strategy.
  • Present planning recommendations and explain the rationale behind channel, audience, and investment decisions.
  • Keep up to date with developments across the media landscape and identify new opportunities for clients and campaigns.

  • Previous experience in media planning, comms planning, or a closely related role.
  • Experience developing multi-channel media plans and strategies.
  • A good understanding of the wider media landscape across digital and offline channels.
  • Experience taking a brief and turning it into a structured media recommendation.
  • Comfortable using data, audience research, and insight to inform planning decisions.
  • Experience using media planning, research, or audience insight tools.
  • Strong numerical skills and confidence working with campaign data and budgets.
  • Able to clearly communicate the thinking and strategy behind a media plan.
  • Comfortable working with different internal teams and stakeholders.
  • A curious, strategic mindset with an interest in audiences, media consumption, and how different channels can work together.
