Our expertise spans integrated marketing, media, and creative services, offering clients a unified team focused on business and brand growth. The Performance Media team leads performance strategy across paid search, social, programmatic, and audience insights, while the Brand Media team leads brand strategy across narrative and channel selection. The two teams build every media plan together, aligned to a single business outcome. Media joins client engagements at the earliest stages, working alongside strategy and creative to develop one integrated campaign. As the team grows, we're looking for a Media Planner ready to build hands-on performance media expertise across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
Position Summary:
As a Media Planner, Performance, you will strive to understand your clients' businesses and any challenges they face. You’ll drum up new ways to help them drive their business forward.
As a Media Planner, Performance, you will work on building paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, display platforms, and other social platforms.
You’ll be responsible for planning & building campaigns for our clients with the support of our in-house Paid Media team, whether that’s driving conversions or launching awareness campaigns.

Your daily tasks include media planning, ad-buying, optimizing performance, and reporting.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of integrated media plans and strategies
- Oversee end-to-end management of media campaigns
- Implement and monitor tracking of KPIs and overall ROI
- Execute a wide variety of online media (including display, video, paid social, and PPC)
- Construct and deliver detailed reports every month
- Conduct industry, competitive, and audience research using media tools and agency resources
- Daily pacing and budget tracking
- Stay up-to-date with media trends and best practices
- Learn the latest media platforms/tools
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of advertising or media agency experience
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- G Suite (sheets, docs, slides), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Self-serve social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok)
- Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio)
- Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Solid project management and organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with FINN's reporting and dashboard platforms, including Ninjacat and Funnel, or similar tools
- Familiarity with AI tools used across the agency, including Gemini, OpenAI, Copilot, and Claude, to support planning, research, and reporting workflows
