Role Description The Media Planning Manager is a 12 month contract role, based in Greater London, with flexibility for working from home. This role is responsible for developing and executing cross channel media plans that align with brand, client and campaign objectives. The Media Planning Manager will analyse audience data, past campaign performance, and market trends to build plans and proposals across our portfolio including magazines, websites, social platforms, events, experiential, podcasts and video. Daily tasks include collaborating with sales, creative, client success and partnership teams to build the best proactive and response to briefs in the market.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in media planning, with experience building integrated, multi-channel plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, draw insights and build compelling arguments for the use of our brands.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and collaborate across teams.
  • Understanding of digital and social channels, and emerging trends in media consumption.
  • Experience in media, publishing, or marketing environments, ideally within a global or multi-brand organisation.
  • Proficiency with media planning tools, analytics platforms, and standard office productivity software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • A helpful, can-do, positive attitude.
