What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimise media workflows across the PAM and post-production environment
- Monitor media movement, metadata, and cloud storage, resolving issues and bottlenecks
- Ingest new content, deliver proxies, and restore high-resolution assets from the cloud
- Maintain and develop Python (or other) scripts to automate and improve workflows
- Provide first-line technical support and user training across internal teams
- Monitor cloud storage and compute, optimising performance and cost
- Ensure PAM security, backups, and industry best practices are maintained.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience with media asset management or production systems
- Strong understanding of cloud storage and compute platforms
- Python scripting experience, knowledge and experience of alternative programming languages is essential
- A proactive problem-solver with good communication skills
- Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-driven workflows
- ITIL 4 Foundation, AWS Practitioner (or higher) & other industry recognised certifications are an advantage, but not required.
