Kinly is a unified global leader in collaboration, systems integration, and managed services. We focus on transforming workspaces, simplifying complexity, and empowering people.

We have a portfolio of blue chip clients and the current opportunity we have available is working on one of our most prestigious customers, working in a dynamic team, to be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of audio podcasts and video podcasts (vodcasts) recorded within the Media Studio.

The role covers scheduling, pre-production planning, studio recording, post-production editing, content delivery and stakeholder support, while also providing camera operation or vision mixing support for live studio broadcasts when required.

Key responsibilities:

Audio Podcast & Video Podcast Production

  • Lead the production of video podcasts (vodcasts) and audio podcasts recorded within the Media Studio.
  • Support clients through the full production lifecycle, from scoping/scheduling and pre-production planning through to recording and final delivery.
  • Coordinate studio sessions, rehearsals, presenter briefings, and logistics.
  • Set up and operate studio equipment including cameras, microphones, lighting, and recording systems.
  • Manage basic set design as per client requirements for video podcasts.
  • Manage multi-camera recordings for interviews, panel discussions, executive updates and thought-leadership content.
  • Maintain consistent audio, visual, and production quality standards across all studio productions.

Post-Production & Content Editing

  • Edit audio and video content to a high professional standard, including audio clean-up, trimming, sequencing, and content packaging.
  • Apply branding, outros, graphics, captions, thumbnails and visual enhancements where required.
  • Produce multiple versions of content for different internal communications channels as per stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder review cycles, incorporating feedback while protecting quality, brand and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain organised project folders, source files, final assets, archival records and apply consistent naming, storage and handover practices to support governance and continuity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
