📍 London (Hybrid – Holborn, 2–3 Days in Office)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global media agency specialising in helping leading charities optimise campaign performance across TV, Digital and emerging media channels.

We're looking for a data-driven analyst who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights, improving campaign performance, and working closely with both clients and internal teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with digital analytics experience who wants to broaden their expertise across TV, digital media and international campaigns while developing new technical skills.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in digital analytics, media analysis or performance marketing who enjoys combining analytical thinking with client-facing responsibilities in a collaborative agency environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analysing campaign performance across TV and digital channels
  • Producing reports and presenting actionable insights to clients
  • Monitoring and optimising campaign performance using data
  • Working with Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Excel to evaluate results
  • Supporting digital benchmarking and cross-channel reporting
  • Assisting with forecasting, media planning and campaign reviews
  • Building strong relationships with clients and media partners
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve campaign performance
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance reporting and data visualisation
  • Keeping up to date with digital trends, AI developments and emerging media technologies

About you:

  • 2+ years' experience in digital analytics, media analysis or performance marketing within a media agency environment
  • Strong Excel skills with experience analysing large datasets
  • Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and GA4
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicating insights to clients and stakeholders
  • Well organised with strong project management skills
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn new tools such as Power BI
  • Experience within an agency environment is advantageous
  • Experience within fundraising, NGOs or the charity sector is beneficial but not essential
