About the Role

This role will provide administrative support to our Media Sales Team with general coordination and account management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for updating our regular systems, new bookings and contracts, pipeline management of media campaigns, and invoicing of campaigns.
- Support the teams in building their audiences and segmentations for their media campaigns and in providing measurement for the campaigns once they are completed.
- Support the teams in their admin, ensuring all actions are completed on time in full.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for looking for efficiencies and new processes / ways of working, both within your team and for the wider Tesco Media teams.
- Interact with many different teams across the Tesco Media business, requiring a high level of organization, strong knowledge of prioritization, and the ability to manage your own time, with the support of your team lead.
