We're looking for a Media Sales Administrator to support our growing Tesco Media Sales team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, market-leading media business and play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly from booking through to invoicing and reporting.
You'll work closely with teams across Tesco Media, providing administrative support, coordinating campaign activity and helping to maintain the systems, processes and data that keep our business running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing campaign bookings, contracts and invoicing processes
- Maintaining sales systems and ensuring data is accurate and up to date
- Supporting pipeline management and campaign administration
- Assisting with audience creation and segmentation for media campaigns
- Supporting campaign measurement and reporting activities
- Ensuring actions and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Building strong working relationships with teams across the Tesco Media business
