Role Description
This part-time Media Sales Executive role is a hybrid position based in Stamford, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Media Sales Executive will be responsible for selling advertising solutions across print and digital titles, managing client relationships, and identifying revenue opportunities within assigned sectors. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and contacting potential advertisers, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating rates, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with editorial and marketing teams to create effective campaigns, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The successful candidate will represent Key Publishing professionally at meetings, industry events, and via online communications.

- Strong Media Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to sell advertising solutions across multiple platforms.
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify, contact, and convert new advertisers.
- Account Management skills to nurture existing client relationships and maximize long-term revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional manner.
- Comfortable working to targets, highly organized, and able to manage their own pipeline and schedule.
- Experience in media, publishing, or advertising sales is highly desirable.
- Basic proficiency in CRM and office software.
- A relevant qualification in business, marketing, media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory; equivalent experience is welcomed.
