Media Sales Executive

A skilled and driven Media Sales Executive with proven media sales experience is needed to join the team at this fast-growing global online well-being, fertility, and parenting media platform based in Chiswick, West London, on a full-time basis. If you've just finished a grad scheme in sales at a publisher or agency, we want to hear from you.

This is a one-off opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative, female founder-led company and to take your career to the next level.

About the Role

The Ribbon Box seek a talented and experienced media sales member to join their expanding team and sell media/content partnerships in the fertility, wellbeing, pregnancy, and parenting space. The candidate will actively seek out new customers and prospects and engage with existing clients - with a proven track record of driving new business and making a real impact on people's lives.

This is a hybrid role with Monday - Thursday in the Chiswick office, with Tuesdays and Friday remote (working from home). The role may require some international travel and attending exhibitions and conferences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
