Media Sales Executive | Shoreditch, London | Up to £40k base + £60–70k OTE (uncapped)

Are you a natural new-business hunter who loves the buzz of the phones and the thrill of closing? This one is for you.

We're working with a fast-growing, family-run out-of-home (OOH) advertising company, one of the UK's leading names in billboard media, to find a Media Sales Executive to join their team in Shoreditch. With hundreds of billboards across the country and clients ranging from ambitious local businesses to household brands, they're on a mission to help every business, whatever its size, get seen by thousands of people every day.

The role This is a true hunter and closer seat. You'll own a territory, find untapped business, get in front of decision makers and close high-value billboard campaigns. Day to day that means high-volume cold calling, email and social outreach, booking your own meetings and building a pipeline against monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. You'll get a database of contacts and inbound leads to supplement your own prospecting, and the in-house Marketing and Design teams to help you build standout pitches.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
