The Role
Business Traveller is an international premium media brand for business-class travellers, decision-makers and frequent travellers. To further expand Business Traveller Germany, we are looking for motivated Media Sales Managers who are excited about helping shape a premium media brand with an entrepreneurial mindset.
As a Media Sales Manager, you will be responsible for actively growing our client business in Germany. You will develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts and position Business Traveller as a premium media environment for premium and B2C brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and develop long-term client relationships
- Actively acquire new business opportunities and advertising partners
- Develop and implement individual media and sales strategies
- Advise clients on advertorials, print and cross-media solutions
- Independently manage leads and expand the client portfolio
- Work closely with editorial, marketing and international teams
About You
We're looking for a driven, creative and outgoing individual who enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Relationships are at the heart of what we do, and we're keen to bring in someone who will contribute positively to our culture and help us continue to evolve. You'll be a self-starter with the ambition, resilience and motivation to succeed in a target-driven sales environment. You thrive under pressure, take ownership of your results and approach challenges with a positive mindset.
- Experience in media sales / advertising sales and developing sales strategies
- Strong client management skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in lead generation and proactive client acquisition
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
- Knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
- A degree in business, communications or a comparable field is desirable, but not essential
