Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.
At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode: pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what's next.
Within the broader EMEA regional organisation, we're expanding our Market Planning & Operations (MP&O), which steward and support our Ads go-to-market strategy. You will support the commercial business across EMEA, including Sales & Account Management, with a specialisation in Media Solutions & Planning.
In this role, you will build a robust media packaging strategy for the EMEA Ad Sales team. It will combine the power of Netflix's IP with technical capabilities and audience data into scalable, high-impact solutions for advertisers and agencies across diverse European and regional markets.
You will draw on product, marketing, pricing and inventory expertise to deliver opportunities to sales. This will ensure our regional GTM motion scales in a data-driven, repeatable way that maximises both client outcomes and Netflix's commercial growth.
You will also learn and grow quickly in this space, working closely with global, cross-functional teams across F&S, Market Activation, Brand Partnerships, Consumer Products, Product Marketing and Content to build a cohesive, unified approach to advertising at Netflix. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Pricing Solutions & Yield, and is based in our London office.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Translate the EMEA GTM strategy into scaled media packages and offerings
- Maintain a deep understanding of the EMEA media marketplace, including market-by-market differences in buying behaviour, agency structures and regulation, to ensure Netflix solutions remain differentiated and market-leading
- Focus on the "last mile of delivery" with sales through clear processes and repeatable frameworks
- Leverage seasonality, local cultural moments and market dynamics to launch programmatic offerings that prioritise audience-based buying and the use of 1P data
- Develop always-on media strategies for Private Marketplace (PMP) deals for faster optimisation and consistent brand awareness
- Commercialise brand partnership and consumer product opportunities with working media capabilities to leverage the full power of Netflix tech and entertainment
- Provide ad hoc guidance and ideation to sales teams supporting commercial executions
- Create the quantitative models needed to evaluate and implement new packaging, accounting for multi-currency and multi-market considerations
- Inform go-to-market packaging requirements for new product launches
- Aggregate internal and marketplace feedback to develop seasonal promotions and packages
- Develop automated solutions using business systems to create operational efficiencies
- Partner with pricing and yield managers to ensure media plans and packages drive strategic behaviour and encourage larger enterprise deals
- Collaborate with regional cross-functional teams to aggregate market-level opportunities and drive global partnership deals

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
