Radancy is transforming how companies connect with candidates through our SaaS talent acquisition platform. As a Media Solutions Representative at Radancy, you’ll work collaboratively to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our customers by providing exceptional customer service and support of our programmatic ad tech and media solutions.

Interacting daily with your customers and teams, you’ll help execute data-driven media strategies that fully maximize ROI across our Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud. Your elevated customer relations skills, resourcefulness, and ongoing eagerness to learn will drive success in this role. This entry-level role is your gateway to many different career paths at Radancy.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Media & Data Solutions team members to manage all assigned tasks to achieve customer goals and key performance indicators (KPIs):
    • Planning & Research
      • Conduct media research to inform planning and recommendations for both traditional and programmatic media.
      • Analyse performance data to extract insights and inform recommendations.
      • Own the planning and booking process for small, mixed media plans, managing these end-to-end.
      • Support Media Solutions Managers (MSMs) in the planning and booking of larger, more complex media plans.
      • Manage the planning and booking process for traditional media.

  • Implementation & Launch

    • Create accurate media bookings in Concept, with a clear understanding of the overall billing process and commercial set-up for assigned customers.
    • Use Jira consistently and accurately to oversee delivery and communicate with both Delivery and Customer Success teams.
    • Ensure the successful and timely launch of media campaigns, including reviewing tags, quality-assuring inventory before launch, and checking and sharing live links with customers.
  • Campaign Management

    • Work closely with Media Traders to optimise campaigns and ensure current activity is both delivering against client goals, and pacing correctly.
    • Track usage of inventory for traditional media channels, proactively communicating with customers where assets or decisions are required.
    • Work closely with Media Solutions Managers (MSMs) to brief and oversee updates required to campaigns mid-flight, ensuring changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently.
    • Manage creative swaps and other campaign adjustments as needed, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Tracking & Reporting

    • Ensure all reporting requirements are met and reports are delivered in a timely and organised manner.
    • Review reports produced by metrics to ensure commentary aligns with the wider media strategy.
    • Manage and maintain media trackers to ensure spend is logged accurately.
    • Maintain usage reporting (where applicable)
    • Support ongoing project efforts to ensure our Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud is a productive part of your customers’ strategy
    • Provide excellent customer service and support through effective communication and a high attention to detail
    • Keep up to date with product developments and best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong project and time management as well as organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an openness to providing feedback to help iterate the business
  • B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) Customer Success, Account Management, consulting and/or sales experience is highly valued
