About the job

We don't do traditional staffing or source resumes. Ready Talent is a global Managed Services partner built for the modern enterprise. We design and deploy agile, high-performing teams to execute critical projects and solve complex challenges for the world’s most ambitious brands.

Working here means being part of a highly coordinated, expert unit delivering actual outcomes. Our people get the best of both worlds: direct, high-impact engagement with Tier-1 global enterprises, backed by an agile structure built entirely around execution, complete professional autonomy, and zero corporate noise.

Role summary

We’re looking for an experienced Media Strategist to provide strategic leadership across the media ecosystem, initially with a strong focus on ZoomInfo Marketing (ZIM).

This role will lead the development of a holistic media strategy, connecting business and marketing objectives to clear strategic priorities, channel roles, investment decisions, audience approaches and activation plans.

The role will focus on improving the quality, consistency and effectiveness of media strategy and activation across teams, markets and campaigns. This includes setting strategic direction for Channel Managers, strengthening agency and partner relationships, establishing best practices, and creating scalable frameworks and ways of working that can be applied across the organisation.

The Media Strategist will operate at both strategic and channel level, setting overall direction and challenging recommendations while being comfortable going deeper into channel planning, activation, testing, optimisation and performance when required.

This is a hands-on strategic role for someone who can operate independently, influence across a complex organisation, and quickly bring greater structure, rigour and effectiveness to the media function.

What you’ll do

Lead holistic media strategy

  • Develop and lead holistic media strategies aligned to business and marketing objectives
  • Translate campaign objectives, audience insights, and performance signals into clear channel recommendations
  • Define how different media channels should work together as part of a connected ecosystem rather than operating in silos.
  • Identify opportunities to improve investment allocation, channel roles, and full-funnel effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to test new channels, approaches and activation models
  • Partner with campaign, creative, measurement and regional teams to ensure media strategy is connected to broader marketing priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
