Media Team Lead | London (On-Site) | £80K + 50% Bonus
I’m working on a Media Team Lead role in London that should appeal to someone who wants proper ownership, not just another “manage the campaigns and report the numbers” job. The company is a fast-growing international performance marketing business that’s scaling its media operation in London.
You’d be leading a media buying team, shaping acquisition strategy and staying close to performance across paid social, programmatic, mobile UA and affiliate/comparison traffic.
There’s plenty of scope to influence where spend goes, test new channels, bring in new media sources and improve performance across multiple markets. You’d also be managing serious budgets, so this needs someone commercially sharp and comfortable being accountable for ROAS, ROI and growth.

What they’re looking for:
- 4+ years’ media buying experience
- 2+ years leading or managing a media buying team
- Strong affiliate/comparison-site experience, ideally from an in-house affiliate business
- Experience in a regulated space such as gambling, sports betting or crypto
- Hands-on paid social experience across platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, X, Reddit or Telegram
- Strong mobile UA experience, including installs, in-app events and attribution
- Experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar
- Comfortable managing significant budgets against ROAS/ROI targets
- US market experience would be a big advantage
