Medical Administrator

Harley Street, London
£30,000 plus excellent benefits

A high-end private healthcare clinic based on Harley Street is looking for a Medical Administrator to join their team in a newly created role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly organised and client-focused individual who enjoys providing an exceptional level of service. The clinic is really proud of the close-knit team culture they have created, with a genuine sense of camaraderie where everyone feels supported, valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking and managing client bookings while handling confidential information with discretion
  • Collating and managing client medical reports and documentation
  • Coordinating client referrals and follow-up appointments with doctors, surgeons/consultants
  • Welcoming clients on arrival
  • Managing telephone and email enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Liaising closely with consultants, clients, and the wider clinical team
  • Maintaining strong relationships and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
  • Getting involved in a range of projects and wider clinic initiatives
  • Supporting the Clinic Manager

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with high-net-worth clients/patients
  • Customer service-focused and professional with the ability to put people at ease
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and happy to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding client service

Please note, this role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday.
