Are you passionate about advancing medical science through Investigator Initiated Trials? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Affairs Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing and supporting our innovative clinical studies. Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to follow procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy
  • Prior experience in clinical trial or study management within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO settings (e.g., Medical Affairs associate or study coordinator roles)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Investigator Initiated Trials processes
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
  • Project management skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Previous experience in a clinical operations or Medical Affairs setting, ideally 1-3 years
