Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to follow procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy
- Prior experience in clinical trial or study management within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO settings (e.g., Medical Affairs associate or study coordinator roles)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Have Skills
- Familiarity with Investigator Initiated Trials processes
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively

Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- Previous experience in a clinical operations or Medical Affairs setting, ideally 1-3 years
